John Morrissey of King of Prussia-based Jackson Cross Partners is marketing the newly renovated office building at 970 Rittenhouse Rd. in Valley Forge on behalf of O'Neill Properties, also based in King of Prussia, which owns the park. The single-story building was completed in 1978 and renovated last year.

It is located on a 5.8-acre site that overlooks the golf course at General Washington Country Club. Morrissey says it is suitable for a corporate user or multiple tenants, and current zoning permits outside storage. He did not disclose an asking sale price. The listed rental rate is $17.50 per sf.

The asking price for the 35,400-sf warehouse building at 237 Mill St. in Darby is $590,000 or $16.67 per sf. Steve Italiano, SVP in the Wayne, PA office of CB Richard Ellis, is marketing the building. It contains 4,400 sf of finished office space and is available for immediate occupancy. Italiano says it has tailgate truck loading docks, is zoned to permit outside storage, and is within easy access of Interstate 95 and the Philadelphia airport.
