"RealShare Structured Finance is the one industry event that brings together investors and developers in need of structured finance solutions to make their deals happen with the lenders and capital sources who want to provide that financing," says Real Estate Media president & CEO Jonathan A. Schein. "If you have a deal that needs financing, or if you're a capital provider looking to get money out, you should be at RealShare Structured Finance on Thursday."
After opening remarks from Schein the attendees will have the opportunity to sit in on two power panels in the morning, Capital Sources & Investment Banker Power Panel and Opportunity & Private Equity Fund Power Panel, and an Investment Market Outlook by Harvey Green, president and CEO of Marcus & Millichap.
The conference will also feature two concurrent sessions in the morning, Mezzanine Market Update and Preferred Equity Market Update. There will also be two concurrent sessions in the afternoon, Inside the Deal Case Study: 20 Exchange Place and Bridge Loan Market Update.
RealShare Structured Financing will also showcase a luncheon presentation, Understanding How the Other Side Thinks: Leading Owners, Investors & Developers Assess Investment & Financing Market. The panel, moderated by Real Estate Media editor in chief Michael Desiato, will feature Michael Katz, senior executive vice president of Sterling American Property, David Lichtenstein, president of Lightstone Group, Doug Lyons, managing director of Transwestern Investment Groups, and Jeff Swope, managing partner of Champion Partners.
The sessions will wrap up with Tying It All Together: The Interaction of the Traunches from Senior to Junior and How to Make the Deal Work Seamlessly.
"RealShare Structured Finance is bringing together a select, senior-level audience of capital providers and intermediaries and owners and investors, and that is a great combination to bring together," comments Richard Kelley, director of the RealShare Conference Series. "The real estate community has recognized both the information and networking value combined in this event, and that's why high-level executives are flocking to the conference."
RealShare Structured Financing comes on the heels of last month's tour which brought the conference series to Southern California with RealShare Orange County, the San Diego Forecast and RealShare Net Lease West. The conferences are spearheaded by Schein, Desiato and Kelley, conference series director. Real Estate Media is the parent company of GlobeSt.com.
