RealShare EXCLUSIVE: Insiders Get Up Close With Structured Financing

NEW YORK CITY-In the latest of Real Estate Media’s conferences this year–and the newest in the series–more than 225 power players and real estate insiders will gather Thursday at the Roosevelt Hotel for an in-depth look at structured financing and how, exactly, deals got done in 2004.

“RealShare Structured Finance is the one industry event that brings together investors and developers in need of structured finance solutions to make their deals happen with the lenders and capital sources who want to provide that financing,” says Real Estate Media president & CEO Jonathan A. Schein. “If you have a deal that needs financing, or if you’re a capital provider looking to get money out, you should be at RealShare Structured Finance on Thursday.”

After opening remarks from Schein the attendees will have the opportunity to sit in on two power panels in the morning, Capital Sources & Investment Banker Power Panel and Opportunity & Private Equity Fund Power Panel, and an Investment Market Outlook by Harvey Green, president and CEO of Marcus & Millichap.
