Two New Tenants Ink Deals at Revamped Center

ROCKVILLE, MD-Two new tenants, Recreational Equipment Inc. and StoreHouse Furniture, have opened their doors at the Shops at Congressional Village, the shopping center at Rockville Pike and Halpine Road, a high-traffic locale.

The property is currently undergoing an expansion and upgrade procedure, courtesy of owner the Cohen Cos., which will leave the center with a total of 100,000 sf of retail offerings. Outdoor sporting goods store REI has moved into a 26,000-sf anchor space, while StoreHouse Furniture has consolidated two of its area locations into one 15,000-sf space.
