WMS Gaming will use the warehouse space as its second Waukegan facility. The company builds, sells and leases gaming machines and video lottery terminals.
This summer, Hexagon Packaging Corp. signed a 60,144-sf build-to-suit deal with Panattoni Development Co. for an industrial building on Lakeside Dr The company is scheduled to relocate its headquarters from nearby Grayslake next month. The building includes 4,500 sf of office space.
CB Richard Ellis' Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, and Ryan Bain represented Panattoni Development Co. in negotiations with Duke Botthof of NAI Hiffman, who represented WMS Gaming. Puritz represented Hexagon Packaging in its build-to-suit deal.
