John Boyd of Signature brokered the sale of 1700 Atlantic Blvd. on behalf of the seller, Jabil Circuit. John Boyd and Gary Stephens, also of Signature, represented the purchaser, Viking-Auburn Development LLC. Boyd and Stephens then arranged the lease of the entire property to new tenant, Grupo Antolin.
Boyd and Stephens brokered the lease of 1650 Harmon Rd. on behalf of the owner, General Harmon Associates II, LLC. Stephens and Paul Hoge, also of Signature, represented the tenant, Inalfa Hollanda.
Elsewhere in the Oakland County community, Signature has been awarded the assignment to sublease 82,554 sf located at 260 Rex Blvd. Kris Pawlowski and Stephens are representing the owner, Peninsula Plastics.
