Suburb Sees Sale, Lease Activity

AUBURN HILLS, MI-A 111,798-sf building at 1700 Atlantic Blvd. has a new owner, Viking-Auburn Development LLC, while Inalfa Hollanda signs a lease for 37,740 sf at 1650 Harmon Rd. Both deals involve Signature Associates-ONCOR International brokers.

AUBURN HILLS, MI-Signature Associates-ONCOR International has brokered two deals in Auburn Hills and taken on a new representation contract here. Signature negotiated the sale of 111,798 sf at 1700Atlantic Blvd. and the lease of 37,740 sf at 1650 Harmon Rd.

John Boyd of Signature brokered the sale of 1700 Atlantic Blvd. on behalf of the seller, Jabil Circuit. John Boyd and Gary Stephens, also of Signature, represented the purchaser, Viking-Auburn Development LLC. Boyd and Stephens then arranged the lease of the entire property to new tenant, Grupo Antolin.
