Control Technology Renews Lease

HOPKINTON, MA-Control Technology Systems renews its lease here for 14,330 sf. The lease will run for five years.

HOPKINTON, MA-Control Technology Systems has renewed its lease for 14, 330 sf of flex/office space at 25 South St. here for an additional five years. The firm designs, manufactures and markets products that enable electronic automation devices to be monitored, controlled and configured over the Internet.

Denise L. Geroir, leasing coordinator of Everest Partners LLC, represented the landlord in this transaction. Control Technology was self-represented.
