Soloff has an 18-year career in the industry in Center City, most recently as a principal in the local office of Seligsohn Soens Hess and previously as a VP with locally based Rubenstein Brokerage Group. During that time, he handled leasing for more than three million sf of class A office properties, including One and Two Logan Square, 2000 Market St., Ten Penn Center, and 1760 Market St.
Within the past six years, Soloff completed in excess of 150 transactions totaling more than two million sf with an aggregate transaction value of $350 million.
