"With the opening of our US offices in 1997, and the subsequent relocation of our global headquarters to the US a few years later, we had to expand in order to support our continued growth in the US market alone," Zestron president Dr. Oscar Wack explains. "With its close access to international travel accommodations, Prince William County is a great location for our workforce, while allowing Zestron to more efficiently cater to our domestic and international customer base."

Zestron will be neighbors with the likes of Comcast Cable Communications Inc., which occupies a 100,000-sf technology support center in the park, and pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly, which plans to build a 600,000-sf insulin manufacturing facility.
