Zestron Chooses Innovation@Prince William

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA-Zestron Corp., an electronic manufacturing industry services provider, has decided to leave behind its US headquarters space in Loudoun County for new digs at Innovation@Prince William Technology Business Park here. The company plans to erect a 30,000-sf facility on a 10-acre parcel within the 1,600-acre high-tech business park. Zestron will spend $5 million to develop the building, which is expected to reach completion by the end of 2005.

“With the opening of our US offices in 1997, and the subsequent relocation of our global headquarters to the US a few years later, we had to expand in order to support our continued growth in the US market alone,” Zestron president Dr. Oscar Wack explains. “With its close access to international travel accommodations, Prince William County is a great location for our workforce, while allowing Zestron to more efficiently cater to our domestic and international customer base.”
