Jeff Hart, vice president of brokerage in Colliers' Minneapolis office, and Gary Glockner, senior brokerage associate in the same office, represented the seller in the deal. The property, which was also previously leased and managed by the local Colliers office, will receive a facelift with many major improvements, according to Hart.

Hart says BGK wanted to sell the property quickly, and so Colliers' right away identified Ted Glasrud Associates as a potential buyer. He said the sale was completed within 60 days.

In addition to representing BGK in this sale, Colliers works with BGK in leasing and managing other properties in the Twin Cities and other Colliers locations.
