Closer to home, Inland Real Estate Sales' Susan Valle was involved in two Lake County deals. Diamond Property Development paid $965,000 for the 10,000-sf retail center at 1500 S. Lake St. in Mundelein, while a family trust paid $293,000 for a 2,400-sf strip center at 1228 Cedar Lake Rd. in Round Lake Beach.
Valle represented Diamond Property Development in its acquisition of the Mundelein property, located near the intersection of Routes 60 and US Highway 45, as well as the seller of the Round Lake Beach building with an enviable track record.
