In an unrelated deal in the southwest suburbs, National Centre Sportsplex and Gold's Gym leased 25,324 sf of industrial space at 7001 Adams in Willowbrook, where they will operate a gym and volleyball academy. Morgan Realty Partners senior vice president Bill Waliewski handled negotiations for Morgan Realty Fund, LLC, a joint venture between RREEF and Morgan Development Services. Sally Macoicz and Joy Kolodziejczyk of Cushman & Wakefield represented National Centre Sportsplex and Gold's Gym.
