With the assistance of Advantis Real Estate Services Co., Moore & Associates Inc. sold the fully leased building to Advance Realty Group five years after having acquired it for $5.5 million. According to records for Prince George’s County records, the four-story office and the two-acre parcel it occupies have a total current assessed value of about $5.9 million.

Built in 1986, 4500 Forbes sits within the Palmer Business Center near Rte. 50 and Martin Luther King Blvd. The address is home to several notable businesses, including QSS Group and Systems Integration Group.
