RANDOLPH, MA-The May Institute, a private, non-profit organization that provides services to children with autism, brain injury, mental retardation and behavioral healthcare needs, has consolidated its operations by leasing the entire 81,200-sf building here at 41 Pacella Dr. The institute, which leased the building from Framingham-based Atlantic Management, will be the sole tenant and use the site for office space and a school. The institute currently has offices in Norwood and Arlington, as well as Atlanta. Built in 1970, and renovated in 2003, the building has been empty for a year. Located approximately one mile from I-93, the first-class office space sits on 10 acres.

Both the May Institute and owner Atlantic Management were represented by senior directors JP Plunkett and Catherine Minnerly of Cushman & Wakefield. The deal was one of three brokered by the duo south of Boston in the last week. Those transactions total 208,000 sf.
