NAI Hiffman senior vice president Mark Moran and vice president Steve Connolly represented Prudential Insurance Co. Although terms were not disclosed, remaining space in the building is being marketed at $4.50 per sf.
Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International principal Edward C. Wabick and vice president Greg A. Terwilliger represented Hardigg Industries in negotiations with Jeffrey Galante of Lee & Associates, who represented Catellus. Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International principal Gerald F. Sullivan and Terwilliger also represented American Licorice Co. in negotiations with Bill Waliewski of Morgan Realty Partners.
