Postal Organization Leases 42,000 SF

GLEN BURNIE, MD-A new tenant, the American Postal Workers Union Health Plan, joins the roster at the 66,000-sf flex building at 799 Cromwell Dr. The organization will make its home in a 42,100-sf space, joining fellow occupant logistics firm John S. Connor.

GLEN BURNIE, MD-The 66,000-sf flex facility at 799 Cromwell Dr. has found a new lead tenant. The American Postal Workers Union Health Plan plans to make its home in a 42,000-sf space in the single-story structure, where just four months ago, logistics company John S. Connor leased 19,000 sf of warehouse space for its headquarters.

Manekin LLC, which handles leasing activity at 799 Cromwell Dr. on behalf of owner MIE Properties, markets space in the building at $10 per sf. With American Postal’s commitment, less than 6,000 sf remain available.
