AURORA, IL-DemandOne has received a reduced rental rate as well as a build-out allowance as part of its 56,950-sf renewal and expansion at 880 N. Enterprise Ave. The financial printing and document management company, which has had its headquarters at Duke Realty’s building since 2001, increased its space in the 188,700-sf flex space building by 26%.

The property is in Indianapolis-based Duke Realty’s Meridian Business Campus, two miles south of the East-West Tollway but with a Metra commuter rail station located within the park. Although terms were not disclosed, space elsewhere in Meridian Business Campus is being offered at $11.50 per sf.
