Weingarten Promotes Four Executives

HOUSTON-The local REIT advances CFO Stephen C. Richter to executive vice president, while Johnny L. Hendrix takes on the role of executive vice president of asset management. New titles also go into play for Scott Morway and Mark D. Stout.

HOUSTON-Four members of Weingarten Realty Investors’ management team have advanced within the REIT to take on broader roles.

Stephen C. Richter will hold onto his CFO role and gets the added title of executive vice president. Johnny L. Hendrix has been promoted to executive vice president of asset management while Scott Morway, regional director, and Mark D. Stout, associate general counsel, add vice president to their nameplates.
