The 28,000-sf club is about one-third the size of the former building in Warren. Organization officials sold their 90,000-sf center, a former Warren Woods School district building, in July to Conner Creek Academy charter school for $4 million.

The cultural center promotes Italian culture with Italian language classes, clubs and festivals. The sale of the golf course's clubhouse follows the decision by Partridge Creek Golf Course officials to close and offer the land to developers. Developers hope to build a $600-million retail and residential community, including a mall, on the site.
