The supplier of wood moldings has operations at 777 Chase Ave. in Elk Grove Village and on Route 225 in Frankfort. It sought to consolidate operations here with one north, and one south, location. The company first had its eyes on the Joliet and Mokena areas, but found nothing suitable.
Grubb & Ellis senior vice president Jack Cozzie, with a referral from Mark Hannah of Avison Young, represented Moulding & Millwork in negotiations with Sean Spellman of Northern Builders Inc. Although terms were not disclosed, competing space in the Cherry Hill Business Park has been on the market at $3.50 per sf.
