Nearly $14M in Financing Closes on Flex Property

MANASSAS, VA-A permanent financing deal valued at $13.6 million has closed for the Euclid Business Center. Buchanan Partners, developer of the 144,000-sf multi-structure office/flex warehouse property, received the loan from Wells Fargo, thereby replacing an existing construction financing package put together by Bank of America.

Located at 9029 Euclid Ave., the Euclid Business Center consists of five single-structure facilities constructed by Hubert Construction and designed by architectural firm Morgan Gick McBeath & Associates. At the time of the transaction the property was more than 90% leased to tenants involved in fields ranging from technology to defense to wholesale.
