Three Firms Take 40,000 SF at Framingham Corporate Center

FRAMINGHAM, MA-Trammell Crow has negotiated lease deals totaling 40,000 sf for three companies here at the Framingham Corporate Center. New leases have been signed with Intranet Inc. for 30,749 sf, Alliance Consulting for 5,216 sf and Cleary Insurance for 3,797 sf. The three leases bring the occupancy rate for the office building to 83%.

Joe Fallon, principal, and Sue Donovan, vice president of Trammel Crow Co., handled the lease negations on behalf of owner Maric Inc. Christopher Tosti, executive vice president of CB Richard Ellis, represented Intranet Inc.; John Butterworth of Meredith & Grew represented Alliance Consulting, and Ron Friedman, associate of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented Cleary Insurance. Terms of the new deals were not disclosed.
