Trammell Crow, operating under the name South Glebe Holdings LLC, has tapped WDG Architecture to design the new green--environmentally friendly--multifamily property, which will consist of a four-story segment complemented by an 11-story tower.

"This project continues the momentum that is revitalizing South Arlington," County Board chair Barbara Favola notes. "In addition, it will help maintain the diversity and vitality of the Nauck community and surrounding areas." If all goes according to plan, work on the Alexan at South Glebe will get under way in November 2005.
