TPF Texas Premium Ltd. inked a five-year lease for 50,400 sf at 4051 La Reunion Blvd. "There were no hurdles," John Gorman with the Holt Cos. in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com, "just trying to get them moving." The deal took 90 to 120 days to close, he says, adding that the new tenant expanded with the move from Century Center in Irving. Mary Martin, an independent broker from Dallas, represented the food distributor.

Iron Mountain Information Management re-upped a 42,000-sf lease at its 15-year address in the 4051 La Reunion Blvd. warehouse. Chris Teasdale with Swearingen Realty in Dallas negotiated a five-year lease for the firm, which uses the 302,000-sf warehouse to store documents.

Meanwhile, National Presort Inc. unpacked in 59,540 sf of warehouse space in the Turnpike Distribution Center, using a five-year lease as a consolidation move for two locations in the metroplex. The lease polished off the available space in a 109,000-sf warehouse at 3901 La Reunion Blvd. and emptied space at 2535 Lone Star Dr. Gorman says National Presort filled space that's been dark nearly a year. Art Daboub, an independent broker in Dallas, represented the 20-year-old, mail-sorting firm. The La Reunion warehouses, owned by Des Moines-based Principal Financial Group, carries a quoted rent of $2.50 per sf to $3 per sf.
