One Renewal, Two New Deals Close Off 151,940 SF

DALLAS-Iron Mountain Information Management re-ups a 42,000-sf spot at its 15-year address while TPF Texas Premium, takes over 50,400 sf and National Presort slides into 59,540 sf. The five-year deals hang "no vacancy" signs on a pair of warehouses.

DALLAS-One renewal and two new deals have closed off 151,940 sf to hang “no vacancy” signs on a pair of warehouses in the Turnpike Distribution Center. The new tenants have just settled into their quarters.

TPF Texas Premium Ltd. inked a five-year lease for 50,400 sf at 4051 La Reunion Blvd. “There were no hurdles,” John Gorman with the Holt Cos. in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com, “just trying to get them moving.” The deal took 90 to 120 days to close, he says, adding that the new tenant expanded with the move from Century Center in Irving. Mary Martin, an independent broker from Dallas, represented the food distributor.
