Broder & Sachse Relocates To Larger Quarters

BIRMINGHAM, MI-The real estate development firm and construction company moves to larger location, in a 50,000-sf building it acquired this summer from Dart Properties.

BIRMINGHAM, MI-A local development company and its sister construction firm have new quarters of their own for 2005. Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services Inc. and Sachse Construction & Development Corp. have moved into larger quarters at a new location in Downtown Birmingham.

The companies had been operating from Farmington Hills. Border & Sachse now occupies 10,000 sf at the 260 E. Brown St. building in Birmingham. Border & Sachse owns the building and the new quarters are about 20% larger that its previous location.
