Built in 1970, Three New England Executive Park is a two-story, 64,427-sf class A office building within a 56-acre,13-building office park that has more than one million sf of office space. Campus amenities include a fitness facility, restaurants and a full-service bank. The park is located near major roadways, including Route 128 and Route 3. Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but Equity Office lists similar space in the building at $21 per sf.
