This is the second time in six years that Studley has represented the Hines affiliate in a negotiation on the Burbank property, with Stockwell and Adams brokering both deals. In 1998, Stockwell and Adams represented Sagamore Equities in the acquisition of the then-vacant Burbank building from Community Bank. They then negotiated the 12-year, $17-million triple-net lease for the entire building with Quest on behalf of Sagamore, which sold the property to Hines three months later with the Studley team brokering the transaction. In the latest sale, Digital Realty Trust was represented by Sean Sullivan and Patrick Church of CB Richard Ellis.
