Ford Renews Lease at Southboro Executive Place

SOUTHBORO, MA-The automaker's credit division signs a 33,390-sf renewal.

SOUTHBORO, MA-Ford Motor Credit, a division of the Ford Motor Co., has renewed its lease with for 33,390 sf at 352 Turnpike Rd. here. John Lashar, Jamey Lipscomb and Paul Leone of Richards Barry Joyce and Partners represented the owner, Advance Realty Group. Chris Tosti and Jamie Dingeman of CB Richard Ellis represented Ford.

Southboro Executive Place is three-story red brick office building totaling 70,762 sf. Located on Route 9, the building is in close proximity to a number of restaurants, day care centers and hotels.
