Lease Expansion Brings Building to 100% Mark

SILVER SPRING, MD-The 123,400-sf office building at 8737 Colesville Rd. reaches the 100% occupancy mark with tenant Danya International Inc.'s recent commitment to renew and expand. Formerly housed in a 14,000-sf space, the company will now occupy approximately 34,000 sf.

SILVER SPRING, MD-There is no room left on the tenant roster at 8737 Colesville Rd. now that Danya International Inc. has renewed and expanded its lease at the 123,400-sf office building. The health and human services consulting firm extended its lease on 14,000 sf while tacking on an additional 20,000 sf, bringing its total occupancy to about 34,000 sf.

The financial details of Danya’s lease with property owner Atlantic Realty, which acquired the building in 2000 for $14.1 million, have not been disclosed. Atlantic’s Carl B. Taylor represented the ownership, while the Ezra Co.’s Glenn Meltzer and Todd Sherbacow stood in for the tenant.
