Although terms were not disclosed, larger space blocks in this north suburb are available at net lease rates beginning just below $3 per sf. Tech Lighting LLC will consolidate operations in the new location, which allows the company to keep its work force of 300 employees. The 39-year-old building on 16.4 acres near the Touhy Avenue and Edens Expressway interchange, was acquired from AMB Property in 2002 for $12.1 million, according to property records.
CMD Realty Investors recently refinanced 36 office properties in five states with $206 million in two floating-rate loans arranged by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. and Cohen Financial. The money came from the Houston office of AIG Global Real Estate Group.
