The company signed a four-year lease for 9,488 sf of warehouse space at 2120 S. 7th Ave. in Lincoln Commerce Park in the Central Valley. The deal is valued at $250,000, according to Jeff Conrad, a principal with Lee & Associates Arizona, who teamed with Allen Lowe to represent the building owner, Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co.

Conrad tells GlobeSt.com that Coosemans will install freezers and coolers in its new space. "It was just easier to do that because there is limited freezer and cooler space in the Valley," he says. He adds the company liked the building location near Interstate 17, which makes it convenient to service clients throughout the Valley.

The 50,666-sf industrial flex building, which is 95% leased, is part of a four-building, 224,308 sf complex. Marc Pierce of Lee & Associates' Phoenix office represented Coosemans in the transaction.
