Transwestern Establishes Southwest Multifamily Group

PHOENIX-The Houston-based firm expands its multifamily capabilities in the Southwest and recruits industry expert Robert Bull as vice president of the group. Bull will focus on apartment investment opportunities in New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada.

PHOENIX-Transwestern Commercial Services has tapped local multifamily expert Robert Bull to establish an investment group focused on properties throughout the Southwestern US.

“The market is hot right now–it’s crazy how fast the market is moving–and Transwestern is in a great position to take advantage of the opportunity,” says Bull, who has more than six years of experience in the multifamily arena. As vice president of the Phoenix’s office, he will focus on building the firm’s multifamily business in New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada.

Bull tells GlobeSt.com that his first order of business is to build a team to help generate leads and handle the deal flow. He expects to bring on seven to eight people in the future. “We’re going to be patient and hire the right people,” he says. However, he admits that it would be easy to get overwhelmed. “There’s a lot of work that needs to be done.”
