In a separate transaction, United Dominion sold a 128-unit apartment community in Waterford to an undisclosed local investor for $4.5 million.

The complexes included in the main deal were:

  • 2900 Place and Brandywine Creek in East Lansing
  • Kings Gate in Sterling Heights
  • Nemoke Trails and Lakewood in Haslett
  • Ashton Pines in Waterford
  • Lancaster Lakes in Clarkston

The transaction was negotiated by Mark Rohr and Eric Taylor of the Detroit office of Hendricks & Partners.
