In a separate transaction, United Dominion sold a 128-unit apartment community in Waterford to an undisclosed local investor for $4.5 million.
The complexes included in the main deal were:
- 2900 Place and Brandywine Creek in East Lansing
- Kings Gate in Sterling Heights
- Nemoke Trails and Lakewood in Haslett
- Ashton Pines in Waterford
- Lancaster Lakes in Clarkston
The transaction was negotiated by Mark Rohr and Eric Taylor of the Detroit office of Hendricks & Partners.
