SAIC Expands in Harford County

EDGEWOOD, MD-The Lakeside Business Park welcomes a new tenant to its midst, now that Science Applications International Corp. has signed on to lease 70,000 sf of warehouse space at the park. Situated off Interstate 95 near Aberdeen Proving Ground, the Lakeside Business Park features 132 acres of space among several buildings.

SAIC decided to take on more space in Harford County–the company occupied 90,000 sf of flex/office space at the Box Hill Corporate Center in Abingdon since 2002–after winning a new contract with the US Department of Defense. SAIC will house 150 new employees in the Lakeside digs. The terms of the tenant’s lease agreement with property owner FRP Development Corp. have not been disclosed.
