Developed by Armada/Hoffler in 1999, 1434 Crossways is located on a 10-acre parcel off I-64 in the Greenbrier section of Chesapeake. Towers Perrin Administration Solutions, a global professional services firm, is the lead tenant in the building. BT Conferencing expects to open its new site in late February or early March.

"This decision affirms our efforts to create a world-class business environment in Chesapeake," Chesapeake mayor Dalton Edge says of BT's decision to open in the area. "After an extensive national site search, BT Conferencing found that a Chesapeake location would best meet its labor and technology needs."
