Real estate services firm McShea & Co. Inc. advised and represented the seller and was the sole broker on the deal. For the last couple of years, McShea has been working with Airport North LLC to get the property site planned and improved, while simultaneously engaging in marketing efforts.
McShea's Ro Waldron tells GlobeSt.com. Waldron worked with colleagues Len Mongeon and Bill Quay on the sale and will remain involved with the project.
