The local real estate company appointed Jeffrey Krajewski as president of Cityblock Inc., an affiliated company specializing in property management. Krajewski will relinquish his position as CFO of International Capital Partners. Rodney Prokop, previously vice president of finance, will assume the CFO role.

Krajewski is a licensed CPA with more than 25 years of experience. He joined International Capital Partners in late 1999 as a principal and officer following a career as the principal of a Scottsdale-based public practice.

Prokop joined International Capital Partners in April 2004 and has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience. He spent most of his career with Phoenix-based Phelps Dodge Corp.

The management changes were directed by Thomas Donahue, president of International Capital Partners. He says the changes were "necessary to support the ambitious growth objectives of ICP and Cityblock." International Capital Partners' portfolio exceeds one million sf of office and industrial space with a market value topping $150 million.
