Nightingale-Conant signed its first lease with Mutual of New York Insurance Co., which sold the asset in late 1999 for $11 million, according to property records. The company has 20,000 sf of office space and 61,500 sf of production space. The renewal keeps occupancy at the building, one mile west of Interstate 94, at 94%.

Although terms were not disclosed, the available warehouse space is being offered at net lease rates ranging from $7.95 per sf and $9 per sf. Constructed about 40 years ago, the building contains 230,000 sf of industrial space, with 12 truck docks.
