Located in the Tysons Corner submarket and designated American Center East and American Center West, the two 20-year-old, eight-story structures carry the addresses of 8300 and 8330 Boone Blvd., respectively. The buildings' new list of occupants includes, to name just a few, information technology services provider MicroLink LLC, which inked a deal for 12,400 sf, and homebuilder services firm Be Home Wise, which committed to 4,400 sf of space. Law firm Egan, Fitzpatrick, Malsch & Cynkar signed on for 2,600 sf, and Healthcare Works LLC and InfoUSA Marketing Inc. each took about 2,000 sf.

"With limited new construction and strong demand, we expect this submarket to have above average rent growth and a slow but steady decline in vacancy," says Equity Office's Greg Meyer, vice president of leasing for the company's Washington, DC Region office.
