Chodos was principal and managing director of Buck's strategic advisory group, doing deals and consulting assignments totaling 10 million sf and $1.8 billion during his 15-year career. His 2004 deals, with a heavy emphasis in representing law firms, totaled 637,000 sf and $250 million. "His exceptional career is one we've admired for years, and we are thrilled that he has joined our firm as a principal to expand our downtown office advisory presence," says president and chief executive officer David R. Kahnweiler, SIOR.

Levitas spent seven years at The John Buck Co., leaving as vice president. He will work with tenants looking for space in the Central Business District as well as the suburbs.

Like Levitas, Miller worked with Chodos on recent deals involving law firms Schiff Hardin LLP, McGuireWoods LLP. He spent five years with The John Buck Co.

Sills started at The John Buck Co. as an intern six years ago before joining Chodos' team there.
