Although terms were not disclosed, Equity Office Properties Trust is asking $18 per sf for the nearly 300,000 sf available at the 2-million-sf twin towers along the Chicago River. The 40-story towers at 10 and 30 S. Wacker Dr. are owned by a joint venture that includes Equity Office Properties, the largest US office REIT; and Macquarie Office Trust, Australia's largest office REIT.
