Rivermine now has an entire floor of the class A office property to itself. "The larger space enables Rivermine to continue the momentum in 2005 and prepare for future growth in sales, personnel and customer service," company CEO Mark Logan notes.

Carrying the address of 3975 Fair Ridge Dr., the building is a five-story structure that was developed 15 years ago. Financial terms of the Rivermine's lease with Beco Management Inc., the firm that manages and operates the facility, have not been disclosed; however, space is marketed for $26.50 per sf. Other tenants at 50 West Corporate Center include the Automotive Recyclers Association, government technology consulting firm Legislative Demographic Services and MindShift Technologies.
