The law firm's success in the courtroom has resulted in it adding staff and creating a need for additional space, says Cal Wessman of CB Richard Ellis, who represented Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott with Bill Sheehy. "After thoroughly exploring the outside market, we were able to strike an aggressive deal with their current landlord to reduce their rent, renew and expand," Wessman says.
