Legal Services Firm Takes 12,000 SF

WASHINGTON, DC-In an effort to accommodate steady company growth, Encore Legal Solutions has decided to commit to 12,000 sf of office space in the 274,000-sf office building at 1225 Eye St. NW. The deal allows the firm, which currently occupies space at 1275 K St. NW and 1401 New York Ave. NW, to consolidate its local operations under one roof while doubling its office space.

Financial terms of the new lease with property owner Akridge are not being disclosed; however, Akridge markets space at the class A facility for $39.50 per-sf, full-service. The Staubach Co.’s Brian Cornrich represented the tenant, while Akridge’s Gene Kenney stood in for the ownership.
