The company will relocate its headquarters from 777 E. Macarthur Circle to the new facility at 8350 E. Old Vail Rd., says Robert Davis, a first vice president with CB Richard Ellis Tucson LLC who represented the seller along with Bill DiVito.

Davis tells GlobeSt.com that Caseworks Industries, a furniture manufacturer for the hotel industry, decided to sell the 10-year-old facility after it suffered a steep decline in business and needed to downsize.

According to Davis, Offshore International made the first offer for the 10-year-old facility and put it under contract early in the marketing process. The company, represented by Rob Glaser of locally based Picor Commercial Real Estate Services, paid cash for the facility. Offshore International will move into the building within a month, Davis says.
