The 117 room all-suite hotel is located just off Saginaw Highway not far from the Lansing Capital City Airport. Hayman also added new members to its team. Certified public accountant Nancy Holmes has been appointed acquisition analyst and attorney Rick Kalisher has been named vice president of business development. Holmes will be responsible for reviewing acquisition projects for multifamily, office and retail properties. Kalisher, who comes to Hayman with 20 years of real estate law, financing and mortgage banking experience, will lead Hayman's business development team.
The hirings "will aid in fostering additional business expansion that will enable us to add several new Hayman team members in 2005. We are also targeting $150 million in acquisitions for 2005,'' says Hayman Co. vice president Andrew Hayman.
